Family Matters: Helping Children Adjust to Divorce

I read a good article whose title is "Family Matters: Helping Children Adjust to Divorce". According to Duncan (2002) in his article, “Family Matters: Helping Children Adjust to Divorce” the parents must keep a good relationship between them, especially in from on their children. If one parent wants to divorce, he must to listen to what your child's opinion about divorce. There are some ideas that parents can help their children
1) Parents getting a divorce is not the children's fault
2) Parents must prove to their children that they are love them
3) Parents must discuss with their children about changes will be.
4) Parents must explain to their children that divorce does not mean they must choose one of them.
5) Parents must explain to their children that divorce is not a crime and it is not cause embarrassed for them.
Parents must keep their children and they must explain divorce is not bad thing if they going to do choose that. They must help children to create a good relationship with their parents.

In my opinion, divorce is not good at all, but sometimes it is the only correct way. If one parents did some strong wrongs and cannot return to straight life. Therefore, the divorce is the best solution. Children must understand that, but how? Parents must describe that and they must explain to their children that divorce will happen to keep a kind of relationship between the parents. Children will help them to keep this relation, if they understand that. If divorce will happen, this is not the end of life.
